I grew up in Rafaela, a small city in Santa Fe, Argentina, where football wasn't just a sport — it was a language. Every kid on my street dreamed of being a player. I dreamed of being the one who picks the team.

My first football manager game was a pirated copy of Championship Manager 01/02 on my uncle's PC. I didn't understand half the stats, but I knew one thing: if I move this guy to the left wing, we win. That feeling never left.

Fast-forward twenty years. I've played every FM title since 2005, managed fictional clubs through 200+ seasons, and lost count of how many 3 AM "just one more match" nights I've survived. When I discovered Lazy Football, it clicked differently — real opponents, permanent consequences, no save-scumming.

I started Chain Rovers in Season 5 with zero idea what I was doing. Six seasons later, I'm still figuring it out. But now I write about it — the wins, the disasters, the 0:5 losses that make you question everything. This blog is my notebook, shared with anyone who gets the same thrill from a perfectly timed tactical switch.

If you're reading this and thinking about starting — do it. The game doesn't care about your experience. It cares about your decisions.
