Football Manager Unbeaten Records: Two Teams With Zero Losses After 20 Games

Twenty game days into Season 11 of Lazy Football, and Northern Windsland D1 has something I've never seen before. Two teams in the same division with zero losses. Not one. Not the other. Both.
MAIN OFFICE sits on 58 points. 19 wins, 1 draw, 0 losses. They've scored 94 goals and conceded exactly 1. One single goal in 20 matches. chibas is right behind on 56 points. 18 wins, 2 draws, 0 losses. They've scored 115 goals and conceded 2.
In any football manager game, having one dominant team at the top is normal. Having two that refuse to lose? That changes everything for the rest of us.
MAIN OFFICE: The Wall That Never Breaks
Let's talk about that defensive record first. 94 goals scored, 1 conceded. In 20 games. I've been playing this football management game for 11 seasons now, and I can't remember anyone posting numbers like these.
One goal. Think about that. Every team in the division has tried to score against them. Only one succeeded. That's not luck over a few matches. That's 20 game days of near-perfect defense.
MAIN OFFICE runs a P11 of 12,503. That's strong but not the highest in the division. chibas has 16,851. We have 13,874. Yet MAIN OFFICE is top of the table. They win differently. They don't outscore you. They shut you out.
Their 19 wins tell you they can score when needed. 94 goals is a healthy number. But it's the 1 in the goals-against column that defines them. Every match follows the same script. They control the game, score enough, and give you nothing.
chibas: Goals From Everywhere
chibas takes the opposite approach. 115 goals in 20 games is 5.75 per match. That's brutal. They've conceded just 2, so the defense is elite too. But the identity is attack.
We've faced chibas twice this season in the championship. Game Day 4 at home ended 1:1. Game Day 19 away, they beat us 2:0. Both times, their squad power was well above ours. On GD4, they fielded 18,043 P11 against our 14,992. On GD19, it was 19,723 versus our 14,796.
That draw on GD4 remains one of our best results this season. Taking a point off a team that hasn't lost all year? I'll take that every time. The GD19 loss hurt more. We went there knowing they were strong. They showed us exactly how strong.
The gap between chibas and MAIN OFFICE is interesting. chibas has the bigger squad, more goals, more raw power. But MAIN OFFICE has 2 more points because of those extra draws chibas picked up. In this online football manager, consistency beats firepower.
What Two Unbeaten Teams Mean for Third Place
Chain Rovers sits in third. 50 points from 20 games. 16 wins, 2 draws, 2 losses. Goal difference of 81:6. In most divisions, this record would have us fighting for the title.
Not here.
We're 8 points behind MAIN OFFICE. 6 behind chibas. With 10 games left, we'd need both of them to collapse. Teams that haven't lost in 20 games don't usually collapse in the final 10.
Our two losses came against exactly these two teams. MAIN OFFICE beat us 2:1 on Game Day 15. chibas got us 2:0 on Game Day 19. Nobody else in the division has beaten us. We've conceded just 6 goals total — 3 of those came from the top two.
So third place is the realistic ceiling. And honestly? Securing it matters. Arbitrageus in fourth has 46 points. That's a 4-point gap we need to protect. They've scored 121 goals — more than anyone including chibas — but their 4 losses keep them behind. I wrote about their goal-scoring problem recently. Tons of goals, not enough points.
The Division Split in This Football Management Game
What makes Northern Windsland D1 unusual is how cleanly it splits into tiers. Look at the table after 20 game days.
Top tier: MAIN OFFICE (58), chibas (56), Chain Rovers (50), Arbitrageus (46). Four teams with 46 or more points. Four teams that beat everyone below them consistently.
Middle tier: Flame host (37), Pinkman (37), StrangeR (34). These three can compete with each other and occasionally take points off the top four. But they lose most matches against us.
Bottom tier: nine teams from 24 points down to 4. MkaYwon, KakaduForge, Domestos, KitsuneMoon, ThothScrollz, FalconScream, PatchX, Goddess, OrbMakers. Some of these squads have P11 ratings around 4,500. Against the top four, they rarely stand a chance.
OrbMakers at the bottom has 4 points from 20 games. 1 win, 1 draw, 18 losses. 7 goals scored, 88 conceded. That's a tough season. Division 1 is unforgiving when the power gap is this wide.
How We Built a Season Without the Title
When I look at our record — 81 goals scored, 6 conceded, 50 points — there's a lot to be proud of. We came into this division as a promoted team. Northern Windsland D1 is a step up from where we were in Season 10.
The squad has grown. Broderick Ellcessor jumped from 962 power at the start of the season to 1,190 now. Zachariah Shadburn went from 948 to 1,182. Emile Pesin climbed from 1,167 to 1,249. The player development system in Lazy Football keeps rewarding patience.
Our P11 sits at 13,874 today. That's comfortably above most of the division. Only chibas at 16,851 is clearly stronger. MAIN OFFICE at 12,503 actually has a lower P11 than us — which makes their 58 points even more impressive.
The Champions League run added pressure early on. We qualified by beating Jet634 over two legs, won some group matches, but got eliminated in the knockout play-off by Winner. Aggregate score 0:6. That was a reality check. The European competition brings opponents from a different level entirely.
Ten Games Left: What's at Stake
Game Day 21 is tomorrow. KakaduForge at home. They have 21 points and a P11 of 4,711. We should win this one. Most of our remaining matches are against the lower half of the table.
The goal now is simple. Lock down third place. Keep the goal difference healthy. Build momentum for next season. Every match is a chance for the squad to develop. Players earn experience, skills grow, and the team gets tighter.
Can we catch the leaders? The math says it's possible. My brain says it won't happen. MAIN OFFICE and chibas are too consistent. But football surprises you. One bad week, one key player injured, one lucky result — tables can shift fast in this free football manager game.
What I won't do is chase the title at the cost of everything else. Burning energy on league matches when we still have Contenders League games would be reckless. The season is a marathon. Third place with a strong squad heading into Season 12 is better than second place with a burned-out roster.
What This Season Teaches About Football Manager Strategy
Playing in a division with two unbeaten teams has taught me something. You can do everything right and still not win the title. That's not failure. That's competition.
MAIN OFFICE shows that defense wins championships. You don't need the biggest squad. You need the most reliable one. chibas shows that overwhelming power creates its own advantage. 115 goals in 20 games doesn't happen by accident.
And Chain Rovers? We show that a promoted team can compete at the top level. 50 points after 20 games. 6 goals conceded. A Champions League campaign under our belt. For a club from a smaller division, that's real progress.
If you're starting out in Lazy Football, remember this. Growth doesn't always mean winning the trophy. Sometimes it means proving you belong at a table where two teams have zero losses and you're the third-best team in the room. That's not a consolation. That's a foundation.
Ten games left. Let's finish strong.
